Why is everything moving?

      Why is everything moving? That is, it is one thing that everything exists, but it is an entirely different thing altogether that everything is also moving; everything is in motion. What is causing everything to move from one moment of time to another? Or better yet, what is giving us the sensation of time elapsing? Why do we feel as if things change? Is there a difference between objects changing state, and objects moving through time? That is, “changing state” is equivalent to moving through time, or at least being affected through time. freestylethought 2005
